Chloe Chlumecky is a figurative oil painter based in Windsor, Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts and has participated in several artist residencies across Canada, France, and beyond — experiences that have deeply shaped both the tone and technique of her practice.

Chloe’s work centers on the quiet, intimate moments of life — the ones we often overlook, but that hold the weight of memory and emotion. With a palette that leans nostalgic and a perspective that is deeply human, her paintings offer a tender reflection on the passage of time and the beauty embedded in the everyday.

Each piece carries a palpable texture — built through deliberate, layered brushwork and the slow, meditative process of oil painting. Often employing a wet-on-wet oil painting technique.
